The project scope is collect raw water from AN Nabqiah Deep Water
Wells and pumping to A1 Asyah Water Treatment plant, the work
including Supply and installation the following:
• Submersible pumps.
• MCC panel with soft starter and HMI.
• Discharge lines with all valves and instruments
• Pipelines from Ductile Iron..
• Overhead line and transformers. Generators.
• Medium voltage Switch gear panel.
• Microwave system to link sites.
• SCADA System.
Introduction
Due to Saudi Arabia’s scarce water resources, and the increment of the gab between
the supply and demand of water, The National Water Company (NWC) has launched
Al Asyah Water Station Expansion 20,000 m3/day project in the city of El-Qassim Region,
to supply and installation a new deep ground water wells with a capacity of 20.000
m3/day to pumping raw water throw ductile iron pipelines.
Arab contractors company (ACC) was awarded the project and hand over to AEICO on
its extensive engineering experience with developing desalination projects
and its world class quality process design, construction, operation and maintenance of
plants utilizing the Reverse Osmosis Technology.
